Growth Bookkeeping Package


For Growing Small Businesses


Scale your business confidently with accurate financial tracking and expert support at a fixed monthly rate. Our Growth Bookkeeping Package eliminates internal management hassles so you can focus entirely on expansion.


$1000 - $1500 per month


*An initial setup fee of $500 applies for new businesses without existing bookkeeping software.* No fee if you already have accounting software.



Everything in Essential, plus:

  • Bank Account/Credit Card Reconciliation: Up to six accounts included.
  • Simple monthly sales tax filing, if any
  • 1099 Forms completed and E-filed once a year. (For any corrections or resubmissions, there is a charge of $100 for each revision)
  • Backup saved monthly on local server if using QuickBooks Desktop version

*The $500 setup fee covers a 45-minute consultation to recommend appropriate bookkeeping software tailored to your business needs, setting up the software, connecting bank accounts and creating charts of accounts. If you have multiple businesses, this fee will apply for each entity*

This package accommodates up to 250 transactions per month; additional services are available at $200 per hour, billed in advance.


**Clients are responsible for all software subscription fees, payable directly to the service provider.*

***Cleanup or catch-up bookkeeping, if necessary, will be billed on a monthly basis at the same rate as above.


Essential

Basic Bookkeeping Package


For Small Businesses


Skip the payroll taxes and training costs. Our Basic Bookkeeping Package gives your startup flexible, expert financial management so you can reinvest your time and resources where they matter most.


$600 - $850 per month


*An initial setup fee of $500 applies for new businesses without existing bookkeeping software.* No fee if you already have accounting software.


  • Bank Account/Credit Card Reconciliation: Up to four accounts included.
  • Effortless integration of bank accounts with accounting software (this can be accomplished with full banking access, or I can provide step-by-step guidance throughout the process).
  • Entry and categorization of sales and expenses.
  • PDF and Excel files, such as bills, will be attached to QuickBooks provided they are submitted by the client in a timely manner.
  • Financial reports provided on a monthly or quarterly basis, per client preference.
  • Monthly 30-minute Zoom meeting to address questions and review financials.
  • Annual Profit & Loss Statement and Balance Sheet prepared for your CPA.
  • One annual consultation call with your CPA, if required, to assist with tax filing.

Cleanup & Catch-Up Services

For businesses with incomplete or disorganized books, cleanup services restore accuracy and structure. Pricing depends on volume, timeframe, and complexity following an initial diagnostic review.

Advisory & Consultation

One-on-one virtual sessions focused on financial strategy, system improvements, and operational clarity. Flexible scheduling designed to support your business as needed.
